A dedicated team of Quality Control Technicians who's training and expertise ensures that the fruit is packed to the highest standards, enables the products to meet the exacting requirements of the multiples both with respect to labelling, pack presentation and quality, including nutritional information, appearance and taste.

Using an innovative new packaging process the shelf life of the fruit has been extended and the goodness and freshness of the fruit sealed in. Value is added to the fruit in a 'washed and trimmed' process, providing ready-to-eat innovative products for the pre-prepared premium niche market.


PREPARED STRAWBERRIES

Freshly prepared strawberries. Washed, calyx removed, whole or halved and sealed into clear punnets with P+ breathable film.

Ready to eat. Ideal for individual or family meal times either on their own or served with cream or ice-cream.

Available in 100g, 180g and 300g units.

Also available in a 250g catering pack for use in gateaux and dessert products.

Shelf life 3 days from delivery.

Use within 24 hours of opening.

 

STRAWBERRIES AND CREAM

Pot of fresh strawberries, washed, calyx removed and cut into bite sized pieces, topped with a separate portion of 25% pouring cream sealed into the lid.

Ready to eat. Ideal as a lunch time or take away snack or a quick dessert.

Net weight 107g (strawberries 70%, cream 30%).

Shelf life 3 days from delivery.

 

FRUIT AND VOGHURT TWIN POTS

Portion of prepared fresh fruit and a separate portion of low fat vanilla bio-yoghurt sealed into a clear double section pot with breathable film.

Ready to eat. Yoghurt can be spooned over the fruit or eaten separately. Ideal as a lunch time or take away snack or a quick dessert.

A healthy, low fat alternative to strawberries and cream.

Net weight 100g (fruit 60%, yoghurt 40%)

Shelf life 3-4 days from delivery according to variety.

CRUDITIES AND SAVOURY DIP TWIN POTS

Individual packs of fresh carrot and celery sticks with a separate portion of flavoured mayonnaise based dip sealed into a clear double section pot.

Ready to eat. Ideal as a lunch time or take away snack or a party treat. An interesting alternative to a sandwich.

Net weight 100g (crudites 60%, dip 40%)

Shelf life 4 days from delivery.
